Standex Investments (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this website and its associated AI-driven investment services (the “Services”) to you (“User” or “Client”), subject to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account with Standex Investments, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
Standex Investments offers a managed investment platform utilizing automated trading bots, artificial intelligence, and expert human oversight. Our services include:
Automated Forex and Crypto trading via the Standex Neural Engine™.
Portfolio management for long-term Retirement plans.
Access to Tokenized Real Estate and Energy commodity funds.
While we strive for accuracy, Standex Investments does not guarantee specific profit margins. Past performance of our AI bots is not indicative of future results.

3. User Accounts & Security
To access our investment features, you must create an account and provide accurate personal information as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Standex Investments is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or private keys.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
We facilitate deposits via major Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT) and Bank Wire for institutional clients.
Deposits: Funds are credited to your account once the transaction receives the necessary blockchain confirmations.
Withdrawals: Requests are processed within 24 hours. However, large withdrawals may require additional security verification, extending the processing time up to 3 business days.
Fees: Standex Investments does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal network fees are deducted from the payout amount.

5. Risk Disclosure
Trading Forex, Cryptocurrencies, and CFDs involves a significant level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.
The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment. Therefore, you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Our AI tools are designed to mitigate risk, but they cannot eliminate market volatility entirely.

6. AI & Automated Trading
By using our automated trading plans, you authorize Standex Investments to execute trades on your behalf. You acknowledge that:
Algorithmic trading is subject to systemic risks, including software failure or internet connectivity issues.
We reserve the right to pause automated trading during periods of extreme market instability to protect client capital.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Standex Investments, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or services.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
